The UAE has strongly condemned the Houthis for targetting the Qena commercial port in Yemen's Shabwa region with booby-trapped drones.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC), the UAE stressed that the attack is a dangerous escalation and blatant defiance to the international laws and efforts to solve the Yemeni crisis.
The ministry urged the international community to take a decisive stance to stop the crimes committed by the Houthis and pave the way for a comprehensive ceasefire in Yemen.
