More than 16.9 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in the UAE so far.
Another 51,290 doses were given in the past 24 hours.
It takes the total to 16,935,702 with a distribution rate of 171.23 doses per 100 people.
Around 71.22 per cent of the UAE population is fully vaccinated, while 79.55 per cent has received the first dose.
