The UAE has sent a third plane with six metric tons of medical supplies to Colombia.
The shipment includes COVID-19 testing kits and personal protective equipment (PPE) as the South American country combats the virus.
Around 6,000 medical professionals in the country fighting to curb the spread of the coronavirus will benefit from the supplies sent by the UAE.
In the past three months, the Emirates had also delivered two other shipments containing 21 metric tons of medical aid and 200,000 COVID-19 testing kits.
To date, the UAE has provided 1,144 metric tons of aid to 90 countries, supporting more than one million medical professionals in the process.
