UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has led the messages of condolences sent to the family of Dick Cheney, former Vice President of the United States, who died on Monday.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, also dispatched similar messages to the family.
Cheney died on Monday night due to complications of pneumonia and cardiac and vascular disease, according to his family. He was 84.
