UAE Minister of State for International Cooperation Reem Al Hashemi has addressed the humanitarian crisis in Gaza during talks with Cypriot officials.
She also stressed the urgent need for aid delivery following the closure of the sea corridor due to Israeli violations.
Discussions were focused on enhancing relief efforts and reopening channels, highlighting the importance of international cooperation to mitigate the crisis and ensure aid reaches civilians safely.
Both sides condemned the violence against aid workers and called for Israeli accountability under international humanitarian law.
The UAE reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Gaza's residents and delivering aid in accordance with international law, with the resumption of the sea corridor pending further safety assurances for aid workers.
