The UAE has carried out the thirteenth drop of humanitarian aid to the northern Gaza Strip, the Joint Operations Command of the Ministry of Defence confirmed.
The airdrop was carried by joint crews of the UAE's and Egypt's Air Force.
Two planes carried 24 tonnes of food and supplies, bringing the total amount of aid dropped since the launch of Operation "Birds of Goodness" to 510 tonnes.
It comes within the framework of “Operation Gallant Knight,” which was directed by President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to support the Palestinian people during the conflict.
