The National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) has announced early on Sunday that air defence systems are responding to missile threats.
In a post shared on social media platform X at 7:33am, the authority has urged the public to remain in a safe location.

The Ministry of Defence also posted on their X profile at 7:38am:
