Dubai has launched a programme to train "government managers" to deal with "future variables" using the expertise of global players.
Making the announcement on his official Twitter handle, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, said the programme was created in cooperation with 30 other countries.
Sheikh Mohammed added that "international cooperation goes beyond economics and politics to include knowledge and management".
