The UAE has confirmed 640 new cases of COVID-19 after authorities carried out as many as 84,642 additional tests across the country.
Another 468 patients have recovered, taking the total number of recoveries to 69,451.
Meanwhile, the death toll remains 399 after no fatalities were reported over the past 24 hours.
A total of 79,489 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 9,639 are currently active.
