The UAE has confirmed 3,579 new cases of COVID-19 from 179,117 tests.
Another 4,166 people have received the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 251,484.
Meanwhile, nine more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 792.
A total of 277,955 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 25,679 are currently active.
