The UAE has condemned the Houthi militia's attempt to target Abha International Airport in Saudi Arabia using an explosive device.
The drone was intercepted by Arab Coalition forces on Sunday.
In a statement, the UAE the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation reiterated the nation's full solidarity with Riyadh against threats to civilians.
It reaffirmed the government's support for all measures taken by Saudi authorities to protect its citizens and residents.
The Ministry also said that the security of the UAE and Saudi Arabia are indivisible, and any threat facing the Kingdom is considered a threat to the security and stability of the UAE.
