UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has led messages congratulating Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on the country's National Day, which falls on December 18.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai has also congratulated the Qatari Emir, wishing the country "security, safety, stability, and prosperity".

The UAE will host a series of events, with iconic landmarks lighting up in Qatari flag colours to mark the occasion, reflecting a shared history and fraternal relations.
Qatar is among the world's fastest economic growth, driven by initiatives to bolster the private sector and the launch of its National Strategy for an Effective and Highly Productive Workforce 2024-2030. This labour roadmap aims to increase Qatari citizens' participation in the workforce and boost productivity.
