Today is the 29th death anniversary of Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, paid tribute to his late father on Twitter, saying losing him was "the hardest thing".
Sheikh Rashid was the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai for 32 years.
He passed away on October 7, 1990.
