Teams from the National Search and Rescue Centre and the Fujairah Police carried out the rescue mission after being alerted about the missing youth.
The Emirati national, who was found "in an exhausted state", was airlifted to the nearest hospital for medical checks.
Meanwhile, authorities continued to search for a man who was reported missing by his brother last Thursday.
The 32-year-old man from a Gulf country lost contact with his family a week after he went to the mountains.
