Those are the words of Dr. Abdulla Al Karam, Director General of Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).
Speaking in the #AskDXBOfficial initiative launched by the Dubai Media Office, Al Karam answered education-related questions ahead of the new academic year.
