The Ruler of Fujairah has met with the UAE's first astronaut.
His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, welcomed Hazzaa Al Mansoori in the emirate.
Al Mansoori made history earlier this year when he became the first Arab on the International Space Station (ISS).
He briefed Sheikh Hamad on the details of his mission to the ISS and discussed the next steps of the UAE's space programme.
