A new generation of 32 smart kiosks with advanced features have been unveiled by Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
These self-service units provide 28 different digital services related to vehicle licensing, drivers, parking, Nol and revenue management services around the clock.
They also provide multiple payment options, including cash, credit card and payment via NFC technology on smartphones.
The new kiosks have been installed in 21 locations, including the RTA’s main building, customer happiness centres, major service provider centres and key locations in Dubai.
The RTA added that these machines are characterized by an automated and intelligent performance monitoring feature, aimed at developing services continuously.
