Phase 1 of the COVID-19 testing and sanitisation drive in Al Ain Industrial Area started on Sunday.
Commercial activities in the zone will continue as usual during the programme, which is being implemented by the Department of Health in partnership with relevant entities.
Authorities have urged those living in the area to comply with their directives. They have also reassured that legal action will not be taken against anyone who is found violating visa regulations.

A similar programme in Abu Dhabi’s Musaffah area has now entered its ninth phase, and is currently focused on Blocks 33, 35 and 36.
