An on-demand bus service will soon be rolled out in some of Abu Dhabi's suburban areas.
According to the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), the trial phase will start on Sunday, October 25 in Al Shahama, Al Rahbah, old Al Bahyah, Al Samha and parts of Al Sader.
The service will be available every day from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm and it will be free during the trial run.
It can be accessed through the 'Abu Dhabi Link' application, which will display the pick-up and drop-off locations as well as details of the bus, including its type and plate number.
The capacity of each bus will be limited to seven passengers as part of the precautionary measures related to COVID-19.
