• Each apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (11.99yrs old maximum) and will include daily breakfast for all.
• Rates are inclusive of all Taxes (Municipality, Tourism Dhiram and VAT, and any other govt taxes ), and any cost/charges over and above will be charged directly to the Winner
• ARN will not have any cost other than the barter rental cost as per this agreement
• JA will ensure all necessary paperwork/documents are signed/collected directly from the winner
• The remaining 5 winners can check in anytime from 17^th July to 16^th Aug to be able to finish the stay before 15^th Sept (both dates inclusive) 
• You can only be a winner if you’re not working for or a family member of the employee of JA Oasis Beach Tower hotel or the ARN team.
