ARN Promotion

Da Best Ka-Winter 2019 with TAG 91.1 & Cebuana Lhuillier

This Promotion starts on 13 October 2019, 6AM, UAE time and ends on 7 December 2019, 9PM, UAE time.

If you participate in it, our Competitions – General Terms (http://tag911.ae/legalcompetitions/) and the specific rules below legally apply to you:

Eligible Entrants

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, a Filipino citizen with Filipino passport validity not less than 6 months from 23 February 2020 and a legal resident of the United Arab Emirates with UAE residence passport validity not less than 6 months from 23 February 2020 to be eligible to enter the Promotion.

Important Note: All winners must obtain their tourist visa before the date of travel on their own accord and expense. Visa processing is not part of the prize. Fee will only be refunded upon return with the TAG 91.1 group from the trip.

Promotion Rules

1. ON-AIR

a. Tune in to TAG 91.1 and download the TAG 91.1 application on a smart device. You can also follow and watch online on Tag91.1’s social media accounts.

b. Presenters of Tag Gising Na will do a radio drama of an open-ended story.

c. Listeners will get a chance to give a great ending to the story by texting TAG space CEBUANA space YOUR NAME space your creative end to the story, and send to 4003 or use the Tag 91.1 application.

d. Presenters of Tag Pack Up na will then select the listener who submitted the most creative ending and the listener will narrate his story to win the daily prize. All winners will be selected by ARN.

e. The winner of the daily prize will receive AED 500 worth of remittance via Cebuana Lhuillier and get a chance to be part of the Grand Prize Winners.

2. ONLINE 

a. You can also win the Grand Prize by sending money back home to any of the Cebuana Lhuillier branches in the Philippines.

b. Upload your money transfer transaction receipt dated between October to December 2019 to tag911.ae/cebuana.

c. The more transactions sent, the more chances of winning.

All Daily Winners will be shortlisted to win the Grand Prize and called by ARN to confirm the following details:

a. Winner is available to travel to Bucharest from February 21 to 23, 2020.

b. Winner’s Philippine passport and UAE residence visa validity is at least 6 months from February 23, 2020; Passport UAE residence visa copies to be sent to anika.real@arn.ae for verification

c. Winners who do not meet the above requirements or obtain their visas prior to date of travel will forfeit their chance of winning the Grand Prize. Grand Prize is neither convertible to cash nor transferable.

d. Winners must confirm that they are of good physical condition and capable of participating on long walking tours under low temperatures.

All daily winners will be called to the studio to join the raffle and find out if they will be part of the Grand Prize Winners!

Grand Prize Winners will be drawn by ARN. The Grand Prize details:

Each of the TAG 911 Grand Prize winners will receive:

- One (1) return air ticket to the European destination*

- Two (2) nights’ twin accommodation at a 4-star hotel in the European destination*

- Planned group tours in the European destination* with an English-speaking guide

- Breakfast, lunch & dinner throughout the trip

- Airport transfers

- Travel insurance

- Travel period of the winners will be exclusively between February 21 to 23, 2020. Final itinerary will be provided.

Social and Outdoor

By sending an entry into this contest all participants agree and understand that the messages and requested images will be used for social and outdoor use. These will not be commercially printed but used to promote the campaign through print or social media use.

Promotion Terms

All winners agree to adhere to the itinerary decided by ARN for the entire period of the trip. These include but not limited to the accommodation, bookings at restaurants, sightseeing destinations and leisure activities.

The choice of hotel accommodation provided will be at ARN’s sole discretion and is based on a room-only basis including applicable room tax.

ARN reserves the right to amend the hotel accommodation at any time.

Flight tickets are valid only on specified dates and are non-extendable, non-transferable, non-re-routable, non -endorsable and non-en-cashable and shall at all times be subject to availability as per the airline’s Conditions of Carriage and applicable ticket conditions.

All travel documentation and visas must be up to date and are the responsibility of the winners. If the winner is ineligible for entry into the Promotion or is otherwise unable to use the Prize, ARN reserves the right to substitute them with another grand prize winner contestant of its choice.

The prize and tickets are subject to ability to fly on specific dates between the period from February 21 to 23, 2020, restricted to 2 nights stay only. If the guest is unable to utilize the flights, no cash alternative will be provided.

The Prize is non-transferable, subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. The Winner and guests must be available to attend all events stipulated in the itinerary provided on arrival or at the Tag91.1 studio.

All activity from arrival at the airport to departure including all items on the itinerary will be photographed and/or filmed used by ARN for public viewing.

All entries, photograph and video of the winners and their itineraries will be used publicly by ARN. These photos will be used:

- Online at www.tag911.ae

- By TAG 91.1 via their social media pages

All Prizes are personal and non-transferable, meaning they cannot be given, assigned or sold to anyone else.
