Maria Sharapova has been handed a wildcard for the Australian Open.
The former world No.1 and five-time major champion has been trying to revive her career after an injury-plagued 2019.
The 32-year-old Russian, who won the tournament in 2008, has slipped to 147 in the world rankings.
She was beaten in the first round of the Brisbane International earlier this week.
