Ravindra Jadeja and Ruturaj Gaikwad's batting prowess helped Chennai Super Kings overpower Kolkata Knight Riders in Dubai.
Jadeja hit sixes off the last two balls and helped CSK surpass KKR's 172 for 5 with six wickets in hand.
Earlier, Gaikwad kept CSK in the chase after Shane Watson (14) was dismissed early.
Teaming up with Ambati Rayudu (38) Gaikwad added 68 runs for the second wicket after having added 50 with Watson.
The win crushes KKR's chances of reaching the playoffs.
