Manchester City have reached the semi-finals of the Champions League for the first time in their history. They beat Paris Saint-Germain 1-0 at a raucous Etihad Stadium, to secure a 3-2 aggregate win. Sergio Aguero missed a first half penalty, whilst Joe Hart had to make a number of crucial saves, before Kevin de Bruyne's precise finish in the 77th minute, City's only shot on target, eased their nerves and confirmed their place in the last four. Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick as Real Madrid turned around a 2-0 first leg deficit against Wolfsburg. The Portuguese converted from close range in the 15th minute, then added a second 90 seconds later. He then completed his hat-trick, and the comeback, with a late free-kick.
