Underperforming government service centres in the UAE will be named and shamed as part of a new performance evaluation programme.
It’s been announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Around 600 government departments will be assessed in the coming months.
Five of the best and worst rated service centres will be named when the final results are released on September 14.
