The UAE has strongly condemned a stabbing attack in the French Alps, that left four young children and two adults with critical injuries.
Footage shared online showed the suspect, who police say is a 31-year-old Syrian national, running around a park before being chased away.
The suspect has been arrested by police, who say there is no evidence of a link to terrorism and no indication of what his motive was.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) condemned the attack and wished the families of those injured a speedy recovery.
One of the victims is just 22-months-old.
