The UAE Ministry of Interior has extradited two international fugitives to France and Belgium, following their arrest by Dubai Police based on Interpol Red Notices.
One suspect is among France’s most wanted for drug trafficking within a major European criminal network, where he served as the right-hand man to the group’s leader.
The second individual is wanted by Belgian authorities for drug-related crimes and ties to a criminal gang operating in Belgium.
The Ministry says these extraditions highlight the UAE’s strong commitment to fighting transnational organised crime and its ongoing cooperation with international partners to enhance global security and justice.
