The UAE has delivered a new shipment of humanitarian aid in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa.
The latest batch includes large quantities of food supplies and clothes to support thousands of displaced individuals and families in several provinces.
The relief activities are being coordinated by the Emirates Red Crescent (ERC).
"The ERC is closely monitoring the situation in Ethiopia and is contributing to the humanitarian efforts to mitigate the effects of the current events in the country," said Dr. Mohammed Ateeq Al Falahi, the ERC's Secretary-General.
