UAE nationals can soon enjoy visa-free travel to Japan following a new partnership between the two countries.
It aims to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries to serve common interests, by encouraging more diplomatic, economic, political, trade and investment partnerships.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, the UAE's Special Envoy to Japan, and Yoshimasa Hayashi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
It comes following the visit of Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and head of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, to Japan.
