The UAE and the UK have reaffirmed their commitment to deepening bilateral cooperation and advancing peace in the region.
This came during a phone call between UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
The two leaders discussed strengthening ties, ongoing regional developments and the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
They emphasised the importance of maintaining the ceasefire and ensuring the uninterrupted flow of aid to civilians.
Sheikh Mohamed and Starmer stressed the urgent need for a just and lasting peace in the region, based on the two-state solution.
