The UAE has expressed its solidarity with Argentina over floods that caused numerous deaths and caused significant material damage.
At least 16 people have died, while around 100 remain missing, after the country’s southeast experienced a record 400mm (15.7 inches) of rainfall in eight hours.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wished a speedy recovery to those who were injured with a post on X sending its "sincere condolences and sympathy with the government of Argentina and its people, and to the families of the victims, as well as its wishes for a speedy recovery for all the injured."
