The UAE has strongly condemned an attack on the Iranian diplomatic mission in the Syrian capital of Damascus.
Syrian and Iranian media have described the attack as an Israeli airstrike.
The strike hit a consular building in the embassy compound killing seven military advisers, including three senior commanders.
A statement was issued last night by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemning the strike.
