The Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Charity and Humanitarian Foundation has begun loading the 12th 'Saqr Humanitarian Ship' with relief aid for Gaza at the Ras Al Khaimah Port in cooperation with Operation Chivalrous Knight 3.
The ship is scheduled to depart for Al Arish Port in Egypt, where the aid will be prepared for delivery to the Strip.
The mission is held under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.
Relief aid provided includes food and health supplies, shelter materials, relief packages, and medical equipment and medicines.
The assistance aims to alleviate the suffering of civilians in Gaza and support the most affected groups, particularly children, women, and the elderly.
The shipment loading follows the recent wrap-up of around 4,000 tonnes of humanitarian aid on January 15.
