The UAE has airdropped an eighth batch of humanitarian aid in northern Gaza as part of its joint operation with Egypt.
Teams from the UAE Air Force and the Egyptian Air Force carried out the operation using aircraft loaded with about 42 tonnes of food and medical aid.
The two countries have now dropped a total of 353 tonnes of supplies to Gaza since the launch of the 'Birds of Goodness' operation earlier this month.
The aid operation is part of the UAE's 'Gallant Knight 3' initiative, which was launched in November 2023 to support Palestinian civilians affected by the war in Gaza.
