Emirates Airlines and Etihad Airways have cancelled more flights to and from New York, Newark and other destinations in the United States after a severe snow storm struck the country's Northeast.
In an update posted on its official website, Emirates listed out a number of flights that have been cancelled.
- EK204 / February 23 – New York (JFK) to Dubai
- EK210 / February 23 – Newark (EWR) to Athens
- EK237 / February 23 ‑ Dubai to Boston (BOS)
- EK238 / February 23 ‑ Boston (BOS) to Dubai
- EK201 / February 23 ‑ Dubai to New York (JFK)
- EK202 / February 24 ‑ New York (JFK) to Dubai
- EK205 / February 23 ‑ Milan to New York (JFK)
- EK206 / February 24 ‑ New York (JFK) to Milan
- EK203 / February 23 – Dubai to New York (JFK)
- EK204 / February 24 – New York (JFK) to Dubai
- EK209 / February 23 ‑ Athens to Newark (EWR)
- EK210 / February 24 ‑ Newark(EWR) to Athens
The airline added that passengers connecting to New York, Newark and Boston on the cancelled flights "will not be accepted for travel at their point of origin" and advised travellers to contact their travel agency or the airline for rebooking options.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We continue to monitor the situation closely," the airline added.
Etihad Airways also listed a number of flights impacted by the storm.

The airline noted that due to the evolving weather conditions, "further delays or cancellations may occur if conditions require" and urged travellers to check official channels for updates.
