Two new schools are set to open in Abu Dhabi in September next year. The new institutions, to be built by Aldar Academies, will add 3,600 seats bringing their pupil population to 9,300. The first will be located near the former Al Nahyan Camp area and will offer the British curriculum. It will include a co-ed primary school and a girls-only secondary school. The second school will offer the American curriculum and will be located on Yas Island.
