Two people have been injured in Abu Dhabi after fallen debris from missile interceptions fell across two locations, authorities have announced.
In a post shared by Abu Dhabi Media Office on Monday, the authority said one person suffered minor injuries, while the second individual sustained moderate injuries.

On Monday morning, the Ministry of Defence said it was intercepting missiles and drones from Iran. Two updates were posted on its official social media handles, one at 7:18am, and the second at 9:56am.
The authority reminded the community to obtain information from official sources and to avoid spreading misinformation.
In earlier updates, the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) urged residents to exercise caution if they find fallen debris.
"For your safety, do not approach, touch or photograph any debris or objects that have fallen as a result of successful air interceptions, and allow the relevant authorities to access the situation," it said, adding that "while some objects may appear harmless, interacting with them may pose safety risks".
The authority urged the public to report the location of the fallen debris by calling 999.
