People flying out of Dubai this weekend are being advised to double-check with their airline on where they're departing from.
It's as the southern runway at Dubai International Airport (DXB) is scheduled to reopen after undergoing a complete refurbishment.
A number of flights were moved to Dubai World Central after the work began on April 16, but are set to return to DXB after the work finishes.
As part of the development, the runway was due to be resurfaced and the airfield ground lighting and supporting infrastructure replaced.
The work is set to give a comprehensive upgrade to boost safety, service and capacity levels at the airport.
