Employers don’t go above and beyond minimum requirements when it comes to maternity leave for their employees. This is just one of the results from the 2015 Clyde & Co Middle East workplace study. The report reveals that even though almost all employers offer paid maternity leave in accordance with labour law requirements, only 3% offer six months partly paid maternity leave, and a mere 1% offer six months paid maternity leave.
