Dubai’s bus drivers can now submit their feedback to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) using dedicated smart platforms.
The RTA has installed smart devices in all bus depots so drivers can log their thoughts on operational issues.
“RTA attaches great importance to feedback and proposals of bus drivers as they contribute to shortening the customers' journey,” said Abdullah Ibrahim Al Meer, Director of Driver Affairs, Public Transport Agency, RTA.
He describes RTA drivers as “ambassadors of bus services delivery” and says the smart platforms are part of a commitment to automate driver services and maxiise their happiness.
