Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, has strongly condemned attacks on civilian infrastructure in the region.
He said such acts are serious violations of international law, causing loss of life, injuries and terrorizing millions.
Sheikh Abdullah warned that targeting ports, airports, energy sites and international maritime routes not only threatens states, but also risks global economic stability, supply chains and regional security.
Sheikh Abdullah emphasised that civilian infrastructure must never be treated as a battlefield.
He called for the immediate cessation of hostilities and full protection of civilians, warning of the severe consequences of continued violations.
