Sheikh Abdallah discusses renewed Iranian attacks with foreign officials

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, has discussed the implications of the renewed Iranian attacks on the UAE in phone calls with several ministers. 

The top diplomat held separate calls with Lebanese Prime Minister Dr Nawaf Salam, Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Masrour Barzani, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Jordan, Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr Badr Abdelatty, and Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain.

All sides expressed their strong condemnation of the attacks, stating that it forms a direct threat to the UAE security and stability. 

They further stressed the UAE's full right to respond to the attacks to ensure the protection of its people in accordance with international law. 

The calls also addressed ways to enhance international cooperation and intensify joint efforts to establish sustainable peace in the region.
