Dubai Police have launched the fourth phase of their 'On-The-GO' initiative that allows motorists to report minor traffic accidents and accidents against an 'unknown party' at select ENOC service stations.

ENOC staff will assist motorists in completing the formalities, avoiding the need for them to visit police stations.

Lieutenant Majid Al Kaabi, Chairman of the 'On-The-Go' initiative, said the move reflects Dubai Police's keenness to provide customers with exceptional services by reducing the waiting time to issue reports for minor traffic accidents and accidents against unknown parties.

"It also assists police patrols in maintaining the flow of the traffic, and strengthens Dubai Police's partnership and cooperation with the private sector," he added.

"The 'On-The-Go' service complements the Dubai Police Smart App through which motorists can also report minor accidents and accidents against an unknown party within three minutes. We consider customers who do not own smart devices and others who prefer to get the report from the police stations directly," Al Kaabi explained.
