No decision has been made on whether the hybrid model of education - a mix of in-class and distance learning - will continue in the next academic year.
That’s according to the UAE Ministry of Education, which issued a clarification following several media reports suggesting otherwise.
In a Tweet, the ministry clarified that the decision cannot be “determined now” and will be based on several factors, including the latest developments in the fight against COVID-19.
