A number of foreign construction firms are set to come to Dubai to work on the city’s biggest infrastructure projects. That’s according to experts at the Big 5 International Building and Construction Exhibition, which is currently taking place in Dubai. They believe the new PPP or public-private partnership law introduced in September will enable more companies to share their expertise and provide funding for these projects.
