A happy work culture is the key to success for businesses in Middle East, according to HR experts. Dubai’s World Trade Centre is hosting the largest gathering of professionals in the HR community to help develop organisational capabilities. Over 3,000 people from around the region are attending the summit along with speakers from companies such as Google and Moody’s.
