Hamad Mubarak Al Shamsi, former Secretary General of the Supreme Petroleum Council, has been appointed as Minister of State in the UAE Government.
The announcement was made by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, as a part of changes to the UAE Cabinet.
