His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has allocated 4,631 residential land plots to citizens in Dubai, valued at a total of AED 5.3 billion.
The allocated plots span a total of more than 71 million square feet in several modern and innovative communities across the emirate.
A total of 2,540 plots were allocated at Al Eyas, spanning an area of 39 million square feet.
Meanwhile, 1,761 plots are available at Latifa City covering 28 million square feet of land.
A total of 330 plots were also allocated in the Al Mushrif area with a total of 4 million square feet of land.
"Providing suitable housing for every family is a well-established priority in Dubai's development journey and a fundamental pillar in urban development projects to build integrated and vibrant residential communities," said His Highness.
Citizens can allocate the residential lands on the "Emirati" platform through the "Dubai Now" app during the coming week.
