His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, has met with the Presidential Leadership Council Chairman of Yemen, on the sidelines of the 77th UN General Assembly in New York.
Sheikh Abdullah and Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi touched on ways to further develop joint cooperation between the two countries, in addition to a number of regional and international issues of common interest.
Sheikh Abdullah highlighted the UAE's sincere national efforts to achieve security and stability throughout the Yemeni territories, and to meet the aspirations of the Yemeni people for development, progress and prosperity.
