The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) has distributed 150,000 Iftar meals as part of its "Bus of Goodness" initiative in collaboration with Mohammed Bin Rashid Charity and Humanitarian Establishment and Dubai Charity Association.
In a post on X the GDRFA said: "In line with the Year of the Community and in the spirit of generosity during the holy month of Ramadan, GDRFA Dubai launches the "Bus of Goodness" initiative to distribute 150,000 Iftar meals to the workforce, in collaboration with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Charity and Humanitarian Establishment and Dubai Charity Association.
"This initiative reflects the administration's commitment to social responsibility and reinforces the values of solidarity and compassion within the community, embracing the humanitarian spirit of the blessed month."

The initiative aims to support the workforce in Dubai, with the plan to distribute 150,000 meals throughout the month of Ramadan, at a rate of 5,000 meals per day, in the main workers’ areas in Dubai.
